It’s hard to believe that its actually over 40 years since we opened this restaurant in Wilton Shopping Centre. To add to that milestone we are have served over 7 millionth customers since we opened all those years ago. There are other great stories behind the numbers – well over a thousand employees from teenage school goers, university students, loyal full-timers and many who have moved onto professional careers and to open their own businesses who are happy to remind us of their formative years at the Hi Café. We have just refurbished the restaurant in September 2026 and hope that our customers will enjoy the new style and contemporary look of the restaurant. 

Our customers can rest assured that we strive daily to be true to our freshly made promise, through every step-in presenting meals to you. From using fresh (not frozen) prime meat beef in our hamburgers, to taking the extra time to make all your food specifically to your order. Hence the use of pagers, that ensure every order is served immediately after being cooked.We offer a fantastic selection of freshly made sandwiches, wraps, salads, hamburgers and chicken dishes. Every morning the restaurant fills with the smell of fresh scones and coffee. Our customers can enjoy an Irish breakfast, which is cooked freshly to each order. Hi Café is also a very prominent lunch destination. Customers enjoy their shopping breaks or walkabout after hospital visits with a selection of our coffees, teas and an array of cakes and desserts including gluten free options.
